Exercise and keeping fit is very important and especially during a lockdown when we might not be doing our usual amount of PE! Try and get outside every day and do some sort of exercise. This could be playing football, going on the trampoline, star jumps or even running up and down the stairs! There are lots of different PE ideas to do at home and I will put some of my favourites below! There is also an activity calendar so you can track all that huffing and puffing!
