PSHE is all about keeping ourselves happy and healthy both physically and mentally! At school during PSHE lessons we do lots of talking and drawing so it would be great to continue this at home. We talk about our feelings, put ourselves in other people's situations and also talk about our worries.
We follow SCARF at school and so I will include some of the lessons that I think are appropriate for the children to do at home - these are optional and you don't need to complete them!
I have also put a few different activities up for you to have a go at when you have a spare 20 minutes, most of them don't include any writing so you can send me photos or pictures if you want to! Take good care of yourselves and those close to you and stay keeping safe! You are all doing a marvelous job!
This is a really good children's book that explains Coronavirus really well and may help spark a discussion about thoughts and feelings.
