Week 1

Maths

The children have been given their logins for MyMaths which can be found in their reading journals. We have also handed out a letter to explain how to log in to MyMaths. 

MyMaths is a platform used for a variety of maths lessons, activities and games. I have set two initial tasks to complete based on place value. For each activity, there is an optional lesson to play and practise before completing the main task. The lesson will help to revisit any necessary information. 

We hope your child enjoys having access to this platform and look forward to seeing how everyone gets on with it! 

Each week, we would also like children to try and login in regularly to TTRockstars. This is a great way to practise times tables and will help children to prepare for the Multiplication Tables Check later in Year 4. 

We will award a TTRockstars champion each week based on who has completed the most.
