Week 1

Reading - Please continue to read regularly and record in your reading journals. 

Spellings - New spelling sheets have been handed out for this week.

Maths - An arithmetic sheet has been sent home to complete for next week. This is to practice a variety of arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. 

Homework challenge: The children have been given a challenge to write a short paragraph about the Roman Day on Wednesday. They need to choose their favourite part and explain why. They can also draw a picture to go with it. There is a sheet explaining this in their homework books.
