Year 5

We have been experimenting with a range of media, including batik to overlap and create interesting colours, textures and effects to create patterned pieces linked to our Greek topic. We will then turn these into a functional product with  a seam allowance, using different grades of thread and needles. We have also begun to learn how to use the sewing machines to help us attach our pieces of material together.
