    • Year 6 go Bellboating

      Our Year 6 class enjoyed a day on the river today as they took part in a bellboating session to practice for the regatta next week! This was a great opportunity for the children to develop their team-building and communication skills as well as build self-confidence. The children are looking forward to taking part in the Pershore Schools Bellboating Regatta next week.

    • Three Counties Show

      On Friday, pupils in Year 1 and Year 3 enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Three Counties Show. They saw a variety of pigs, cattle and sheep, and then visited Atwell’s Farm Park stand, where they listened to a talk all about bugs. To end their visit, they watched a sheep shearing contest. Thank you to all the parents and grandparents who supported the children on this visit.

    • Year 2 visit Warwick Castle

      Last week, Year 2 went on a fantastic class trip to Warwick Castle, which helped to support the children's learning about castles and the history of figures such as William the Conqueror. Throughout the day, the children visited the Great Hall, climbed the walls of the tower and took in the views, and experienced what it would have been like to live in a castle. To finish, the children watched a brilliant bird show. Thank you to our parent helpers who supported us on this trip. The children had a fantastic day!

    • Celebrating Sir David Attenborough's 100th Birthday!

      On Friday, we celebrated Sir David Attenborough's 100th Birthday and the children enjoyed a day of themed lessons to celebrate. At the end of the day, they performed the song "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong in assembly and shared what they had learnt with the rest of the school.

    • Reception visit the Butterfly Farm

      Our Reception class have been learning about the life cycle of a butterfly and, as part of their topic, went on an amazing trip to the Butterfly Farm at Stratford-upon-Avon. The children saw butterfly eggs and chrysalises in their different stages and watched the butterflies feed on fruit. They also saw lots of other insects and reptiles, and were able to hold a giant stick insect. We would like to thank our parent helpers for coming with us; we hope you enjoyed the visit too!
