We all have mental health, just like we all have physical health. It is important that we take care of both as they are part of our overall wellbeing. Mental health is about our feelings, our thinking, our emotions and our moods. Your mental health can change on a daily basis and over time, and can be affected by many different things.
Mental health doesn’t mean being happy all the time and neither does it mean avoiding stress altogether.
Remember that all the staff in school are always happy to help you. If you would like a chat with Mrs Swoosh, our Pastoral Support Worker, please let her know or put a note in her postbox.
