A visit by the History Man

Yesterday, children in Year 3 and Year 5 enjoyed a visit from The History Man. Year 3 have been learning about the Egyptians and Year 5 the Vikings. The children were entertained with stories from the relevant periods and were able to handle and discuss a variety of artefacts. Thank you to parents for providing costumes to add to the experience; the children learned a lot of interesting facts for their topic work.
