Yesterday Year 3 and Year 4 represented the school at the Armistice Day Service at Pershore Abbey together with children from other local schools. They also laid a wreath at Pershore Commemorative Garden just before the service. The children were moved by the experience; here are some of their comments:
"It is important that we remember the people who died in the war".
"I enjoyed reading in front of the mayor at such a special event".
"I think the most important part was the minute silence because that is where you are showing your respect".
