"Small enough to care, Big enough to inspire"
On Tuesday 2 February Reception visited "All Things Wild" to support their dinosaur topic. They experienced a reptile encounter during which they had the opportunity to stroke and hold a corn snake, a bearded dragon, a millipede and a chameleon! They also encountered some life-size dinosaurs and learnt some interesting dinosaur facts, for example we found out that an Apatosaurus ate stones to help with their digestion and a Pteranadon
was a carnivore (meat eater) but didn't have any teeth.
The children had a fantastic time - have a look at our curriculum page to see some photographs from the day
