Sports Day

Following last year's disappointment when we had to cancel our Sports Day several times, we were pleased this year to almost complete this event!  The children were able to compete in most of the events (sprint, high jump and throwing amongst others) before the rain came down.  A celebration assembly was then held in the school hall and those who won or came second were congratulated before all children were presented with a medal for taking part.  Our Sports Coaches were very impressed with the talents of the children and the great sportsmanship on show!  All the children should be very proud of themselves!
