• Gym Festival

  A group of 10 Year 3 children (5 boys and 5 girls) took part in a Gym Festival held at Pershore High School together with children from other local schools.  The children enjoyed a fun filled day of gymnastic activities including linking movements, paired balances and counter balances.  The children were complimented on their ability and appearance. Congratulations to all who took part.

• Netball Tournament

  Unfortunately the Cluster Netball Tournament for Year 3 and 4 had to be postponed because of the freezing weather conditions.  We hope that this event will be re-arranged later in the term.

• Visit to the Big Pit

  As part of their topic work, children in Year 3 and 4 took part in a visit to The Big Pit, National Coal Museum.  Despite the very chilly weather, they enjoyed learning about mining and how the lives of the children in Victorian times were very different to their own lives today.
