• Christmas Lunch

  There was a lovely festive atmosphere in the hall today as the children enjoyed their Christmas lunch. Although we were not all able to sit together again this year, the crackers, Christmas songs  and excellent waitering by school staff ensured that a great time was had by everyone!

  

• Nativity Service

  The children have been practicing very hard for their Nativity Services this year and today they all walked to the Abbey to perform their Key Stage Nativities. Their performances have been recorded for you to enjoy with your family at home and a link will be sent to you shortly. All the children did an amazing job and made us all feel very Christmassy! Thank you to the staff and the Abbey for allowing us the opportunity to use the wonderful building.

• Poppy Appeal

  Thank you so much to everyone who donated to the Poppy Appeal this year - we raised the fantastic sum of £356.21 for the charity!

  

• It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas ..!

  The Christmas trees have been decorated in the hall and in all the classrooms; and yesterday our Reception class walked to the local post box to send their Christmas letters to Santa! There is a lovely sound around the school as the children are busy practising their songs ready to record for the Christmas Service.
