  • Parent Governor Vacancy

    Thu 18 Sep 2014

There are  vacancies for parent governors on the school's governing body.  The governing body plays a significant part in the development and management of the school and, as such, parent governors play an important role as members of the governing body helping to form policy, set priorities and manage the budget.

Letters regarding the appointment process have been sent to all parents.  A copy of this information is also available on the school website.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Bitcon.

  • Looking After Our Teeth!

    Wed 17 Sep 2014
This morning children in Reception and Year 1 enjoyed a visit from two dental nurses from a local dental surgery.  As well as being able to practice their brushing technique  on some big sets of teeth, the children were told about the importance of looking after our teeth, healthy eating and regular visits to the dentist.
  • Tour of Britain Cycle Race!

    Wed 10 Sep 2014
This morning our children in Year 3 and 4 joined other local residents to cheer all the riders taking part in the Tour of Britain Cycle Race.  The children were excited to see all the support vehicles, including police motorbikes and team cars, as well as the many cyclists taking part.  Although they raced past us very quickly it was certainly an impressive sight and will hopefully inspire some of our pupils to carry on cycling!
  • School Lunches on Weds 10 Sept 2014

    Tue 09 Sep 2014

You may be aware that the Tour of Britain Cycle Race is coming through Pershore tomorrow morning.  Most of Pershore will be affected by the race, in particular the closure of Station Road, which will make it impossible for the catering team to deliver hot meals to our school.

Every child who has ordered a hot meal will be provided with a packed lunch instead consisting of a ham or cheese bap, juice carton, pack of biscuits, Pom bear potato snacks and a piece of iced tray bake or yoghurt (whichever was originally ordered by the parent).

Apologies for the late change but it was felt that this was the best solution due to the uncertain nature of the race timings tomorrow.
