"Small enough to care, Big enough to inspire"
Find out about our latest news here!
What an exciting day! Children from many of our local schools came to join us in the school hall because we have had a very special visitor! The author Jeremy Strong came to talk to us about his life and how he became an author. He also read us extracts from some of his books as well as signing copies of our books for us! He was very entertaining and has given us lots of great ideas for our writing.
Today Freya, Lacey, Milly P, Katie, Oliver I, Emily and Megan joined Mrs Bitcon for juice, cake and biscuits to celebrate their achievements in reading at home! The children enjoyed talking about their favourite books - keep up the good work everyone!
This afternoon, parents and carers watched proudly as we celebrated the achievements of the children out of school: Frankee (swimming - Stage 2), Farah (swimming - Stage 5), Sasha (gymnastics - Level 7), Ryan Y (swimming - Stage 7), Maisie (gymnastics - Level 7), Millie Y (rookie lifeguard - Bronze Stage 3), Ross (swimming - Stage 3), Chelsea (swimming - Stage 3) and Emma (ballet - Primary One). Congratulations to you all!
Mrs Bitcon also handed out Special Attendance Awards to all the children who achieved 100% attendance last term! Well done everyone!
