  • Visit by Jeremy Strong

    Mon 27 Jan 2014

What an exciting day!  Children from many of our local schools came to join us in the school hall because we have had a very special visitor!  The author Jeremy Strong came to talk to us about his life and how he became an author.  He also read us extracts from some of his books as well as signing copies of our books for us!  He was very entertaining and has given us lots of great ideas for our writing.

  • Whole School Trip to Smart Trees!

    Mon 06 Jan 2014
On the last day of term the whole school travelled by coach to Smart Trees at Bishampton!  Wrapped up in warm clothes and wellies the children enjoyed a sunny morning searching for clues around the Christmas trees before visiting Santa in his grotto!  It was a lovely way to end the term and look forward to the Christmas holidays.  A big "thank-you" to all the parents and carers who helped on this trip.
