• Trip to the Pantomime

  Yesterday afternoon a very excited group of children travelled by coach to the Swan Theatre, Worcester to watch the Pantomime "Cinderella"!  The whole school enjoyed the trip and are full of stories about their experience.  Thank you to all our parents who helped on this visit and joined in the fun!

• Christmas Lunch

  There was a lovely festive atmosphere today as pupils and staff enjoyed their Christmas Lunch together in the school hall.  Mr Komor added to the occasion by playing the piano and everyone wore their Christmas jumpers and listened to their favourite Christmas songs.

• Christmas Service

  It was lovely to see so many families and friends at our Christmas Service at Pershore Abbey this afternoon.  All the children participated in the service, telling the Nativity Story through actions and verse.  Thank you to Mr Komor for playing the organ for us and to the congregation for joining us in singing the Christmas songs! 

• Christmas Fayre

  We would like to say a big "thank you" to the Friends for organising our Christmas Fayre on Friday.  There was a lovely festive atmosphere in the hall as friends and family shopped at the various stalls,  enjoyed cakes and mince pies, played Christmas games and visited Santa!  Thank you to everyone who supported this event - the Friends were very pleased to raise over £600 during the evening.

• Tea Party

  This morning 40 children joined Mrs Bitcon for a Tea Party to celebrate achieving 60 reads. The children enjoyed cake and juice while Mrs Bitcon read a story - Coming Home by Michael Morpurgo.

• Celebration Assembly

  Thank you to all the parents and carers who came to our Celebration Assembly this morning.  Today we were very pleased to celebrate the achievements of: Malia (Silver Award - Swimming Challenge and 800m distance award), Finley B (Stage 4 Swimming Award), Danielle (Stage 8 British Gymnastics Proficiency Award), Sophie (Stage 8 British Gymnastics Proficiency Award + Proficiency Award for Vault and Rebound at Bronze Level), Alice (taking part in Mini Tennis Red Competition), Liam H (Certificate of Investiture - Beaver Scouts), Milo (winner of Pershore Christmas Light Switch On Competition) and Imogen (runner up in the same competition). 

   

  All the children who had achieved 20, 40 or 60 reads were also presented with  badge.

   

  Well done everyone - we are very proud of you all!
