    Thu 03 Mar 2016

Yesterday our Reception, Year 1 and Year 3 class took part in a dental health workshop led by a member of the School Nursing Team.  The children learned how a healthy diet is important in looking after our teeth. They were also reminded of the importance of brushing their teeth every day and shown how to brush their teeth correctly.  The children had lots of questions to ask and enjoyed the interactive workshop.

Year 2 and Year 4 will have the opportunity to take part in this workshop later in the month.

  • World Book Day Celebration

    Thu 03 Mar 2016

This year we decided to celebrate World Book Day a little differently!  We have invested in a lot of new books which we will be sharing with the children at special fortnightly assemblies for the rest of this year.

Miss Scourfield led an exciting assembly when the children were shown all the new books before being read a story in their class group.  Our aim is to inspire all our children to love reading.
