  • Year 2's trip to Tesco

    This morning our Year 2 class visited Tesco in Evesham as part of their healthy eating topic.  The children were taken on a tour of the store and learnt about where our food comes from.  One of the highlights of the tour was being taken into the big freezers!  The children also had the opportunity to taste different types of fruit.  Thank you to all the parents who helped on this trip.
  • Quicksticks Hockey Festival

    Congratulations to our Year 3/4 Team who took part in the Quicksticks Hockey Festival at the De Montfort School, Evesham this morning.  Our team of 4 girls and 4 boys played with great team spirit and enthusiasm, just losing out in the semi-final.  Well done everyone - coming in the top 4 out of 34 teams is a great achievement!
  • Girls in Sport Week

    As part of "Girls in Sport Week", Laura from Worcestershire FA came to watch the girls training during our Football After School Club.  The girls were all presented with a certificate for taking part and we hope to have some photos to share with you very soon.
  • Celebration Assembly

    This morning was our first Celebration Assembly of this academic year and we were very proud to celebrate the achievements of the following children:

    Alex (Blue Peter Sports Badge), Kian (Award 2 - Duckling Award), Maisie B (Stage 1 swimming award), Brooklyn (Stage 2 swimming award), Aaliyah (Stage 2 + 3 swimming award and 10m distance award), Carla (Stage 5 swimming award), Lily (Stage 2 + 3 swimming award and 10m distance award), Cody (Stage 5 swimming award), Jack (25m distance swimming award) and Alice (800m distance swimming award, swimming challenge - silver award, gaining her first belt in Tae Kwon Do and successfully completing her bike workshop at Halfords!).  The following children were also proud to show off their certificates for successfully taking part in The Big Friendly Read during the Summer Reading Challenge - Alice, Joshua P, Aaliyah and Owen.

    EXCITING NEWS for our book worms!

    Are you tired of the same old books?  Next Thursday you can bring an old book into school and exchange it for a ticket which you can use on Friday to swap for a different book. Happy swapping!
